  • Standard tables and chairs are included to accommodate your guest count, with flexible layout options for seated or standing events.

  • Our spaces can be arranged in a variety of ways to suit your event — whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a lively celebration.

  • A venue representative will be available during your event to assist with basic questions and ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Your rental includes time for basic setup and cleanup within your reserved rental window.

  • All rentals also include restroom access, standard utilities, and basic venue amenities needed to host your event comfortably.

  • Total occupancy for the venue is 99 guests. Individual room capacities vary:

    • Banquet Room: up to 100 guests

    • Peacock Bar Room: up to 50 guests

    • Sitting Room: approximately 30 guests

  • You may bring in your own food, desserts, or licensed caterers. Please let us know your plans in advance so we can ensure a smooth setup and timing.

    Additionally, we offer an in-house catering option through Mount Rose Event Co., located right within The Relic kitchen. They specialize in beautifully curated charcuterie grazes and provide insured bartending services, making event planning even easier.

  • Alcohol is BYOB at The Relic. You may choose to serve alcohol in a self-serve format for smaller gatherings.

    For larger events, we strongly recommend using an insured bartending service. While not affiliated with The Relic, Mount Rose Event Co. offers professional bartending services and is RAMP (Responsible Alcohol Management Program) certified through the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Their trained staff helps ensure your guests have a great time — responsibly.
